02/Questions
What happens when I run out of data transfer?
Your tunnels pause until the start of the next month, or until you upgrade. There are no overage charges, so you'll never get a surprise bill.
Does unused data transfer roll over?
No. Each plan's allowance resets at the start of the month.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve: $96 a year for Hobbyist, $192 for Pro, billed once.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Sign up with an email and password and start a tunnel. You only add a card when you upgrade.
Can I use Wormhop for my business?
Wormhop is built for personal use: developers working on their own machines and people running services from a home lab. Every plan caps bandwidth and speed, and it isn't meant for hosting commercial or production services.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account page. When a paid plan ends, your account moves back to the Free plan.
Why is there no unlimited plan?
Wormhop's edge servers are shared, and the caps keep them fast for everyone. If a personal project needs more, email hello@wormhop.dev.
